GOOD CATCH PROGRAM

The EHS team has created the Good Catch Program to motivate employees to exhibit safe work practices, and hold themselves and other employees accountable.

 

The GCP focuses on improving four main areas of safety concerns in the field: reportable injuries, first aid required injuries, safety findings, and near misses.

​

To date, the GCP has decreased these number of  incidents by 73.5%. This is accomplished by giving employees the opportunity to observe, report, and stop unsafe work practices in the field.

The most proactive of employees are awarded each quarter with various prizes from Clark Constructors.
